Privacy policy
This page explains, in plain words, what information we receive when you contact us through the website, what we do with it, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Responsible for the information: UNDER THE NOSE (Yuval Rasinsky & Yehonatan Vitkon). For anything about privacy, write to underthenose.stages@gmail.com or call +972 50-536-7221.
What we receive
- When you fill in the quote form: your name, phone, the event date and whatever you choose to tell us about the event (type, services, region and location, type of site, number of guests, what's on site, notes), plus your email if you give it.
- When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email: whatever you send us there.
What we use it for
Only to get back to you, prepare a quote and coordinate the event. We won't send you advertising, and we won't sell, rent or hand over your information for marketing.
Do you have to give it
There's no legal obligation to give us any information. Without a name and a way to reach you, we simply can't reply.
Who receives it
- The form is sent through the Web3Forms form service to our Gmail inbox (Google).
- If you choose to send your details on WhatsApp, they go through WhatsApp (Meta).
- These services may store information on servers outside Israel.
- Beyond that, we won't pass your information to anyone unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as it's needed to handle your request and the event, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you can ask to see the information we hold about you and ask us to correct it (sections 13 and 14), and you can also ask us to delete it. Write to underthenose.stages@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Cookies and statistics
The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tools. Fonts, images and videos load from the site itself. So the animated intro doesn't play twice in one visit, your browser keeps one temporary marker (sessionStorage) that is deleted when you close the browser.
Links to other services
The site links to WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok. Their own privacy policies apply once you go there.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information and limit access to it.
