Production and logistics for parties: generators, transport and crew

Before there's a stage there's a field, power and a way in. We bring generators, move the stage and the gear, and arrive with a crew that sets everything up and takes it down in the morning.

How it works

  1. We talk

When, where, how many people and what the concept is. Have photos of the site? Send them on WhatsApp.

  2. We plan

We fit the stage, the shade, the mist and the lights to the site and the hours, and send a quote.

  3. We prepare

We build in the workshop, or prepare one of our stage designs.

  4. We set up

We bring everything to the site, assemble it and align it before the party starts.

  5. The party

    From the afternoon until sunrise.

  6. We take it down

In the morning we take it all down and clear the gear.

Questions

Where do you work?

Anywhere in Israel.

Can we rent a stage, or only build a new one?

Both. You can rent one of our stage designs, which we re-dress and re-map for every event, or build a new stage from scratch.

Do you also set up and take down?

Yes. We bring the gear to the site, set it up before the party and take it down in the morning.

How far ahead should we get in touch?

The earlier, the better. Tell us the date and we'll check.

What should we send when we get in touch?

The date, the location, how many people and the concept. Photos of the site help a lot, and you can send them on WhatsApp.

Want this at your next party?

Tell us when, where and how many people, and we'll come back with an idea and a quote.
